Diet -

Breakfast-4 hard boiled eggs and avocado, 100 cal chocolate bar
Snack- 400 calorie caribou trail mix, 2 hb egg
Lunch-salad with chicken, late
Snack-hard boiled egg and avocado
Snack-190 cal juice
Snack-apple
Snack-lots of carrots
Snack-2 protein shake
Snack-two egg whites
Snack-dip for carrots
Snack-pieces of pork

Drinks-lots of wine

Things to think about:
Minimize coffee intake
Drink lots of water
